My name is Bo and I am a 7 year old neutered male American Bull Dog mix. I get along well with other dogs and I am housebroken and crate trained. I was turned in to the local animal shelter as a stray before I made it to Dog4U. I have been successfully treated for heartworm disease and am now available for adoption.

I know several obedience commands and I play well with other dogs.  I was brought in to the local shelter by animal control because I had an ingrown collar. Since coming to Dog4U I have had surgery to remove my puppy collar and am now awaiting heartworm treatment. Can you help today?

My name is William and I am a 4 year old neutered male Boxer mix. I am housebroken and crate trained. I play well with other dogs, though I am very shy with strangers which is why I have been in a foster home for over a year. I was left in a canvas potato sack with my sister, Grace, at the edge of the pond at the entrance to the Dog4U farm when we were puppies. I am now looking for the right home with a fenced yard.

My name is Suzie and I am a 1 1/2 year old Cocker Spaniel. I was surrendered by a breeder after having my first litter. I love to play with toys and other dogs. I am crate trained and very good for the vet. I am a little shy with strangers, but I warm up quickly. I will need a home with a fenced yard.

My name is Maya and I am a 6 year old spayed female Rottweiler. I am crate trained, housebroken and I play well with other dogs. I absolutely love people and know many obedience commands. I am heartworm positive and am awaiting treatment.

My name is Foxy and I am a 1 year old female Labrador. I am super friendly and high energy. I love people, dogs, and mostly playing any game you can think of. I am crate trained and learning my obedience commands. I have Entropion, which means my eyelids curl in towards my eye. I am currently awaiting corrective surgery. In the meantime I am on daily eye medication. Can you help today?

My name is Beano and I am a 10 year old neutered male beagle. I am crate trained and love to lounge on my pillows. I was left behind in the backyard when my family moved away. I was too smart to be trapped right away, but after careful consideration I decided it would be best to be rescued after all. I am now ready for my forever home. I am a laid back boy and I get along well with other dogs.

My name is Meesho. I am a 5 year old neutered Lab mix. I am crate trained and housebroken and I get along well with most dogs. I am a bit stubborn and protective of my food. I will need a fenced yard and a patient family that understands my personality.

Our names are Bailey and Snoopy. We are bother and sister and we turned 1 year old in October. We are spayed and neutered and have been raised in a home environment. We are crate trained and very people friendly. We get along well with other dogs, though we have not been exposed to cats. We would like to go to a home together, but we would adjust to being separated. We are the last of five puppies (now grown) who are still waiting to be adopted.

Teddy is a 4 year old Lab mix. Teddy had his right front leg amputated after he was hit by a car. He has recovered well and enjoys his time playing and running.

Pheobe is a 1 1/2 year old spayed Boxer mix. Pheobe loves people and other dogs. She is crate trained and learning her obedience commands.

    Elsie is a 4 year old English Beagle mix. She lost an eye to an injury, but has the most optimistic, upbeat personality. She still needs one more surgery before she is up for adoption. Can you help today? 

Cali is a 4 year old yellow Labrador Retriever. She is heartworm positive, and has not been spayed due to the risk of anesthesia with this condition. When funds allow, she will be treated and spayed. She is great with other dogs, knows basic obedience commands and loves people.

Kobe is a 2 year old English Beagle mix. He is neutered and weighs 40 pounds. Kobe is a friendly guy who gets along with everyone. He would do well in any situation. Kobe is a bombproof pup who loves food and attention. Among his favorite activities are dancing for food and going on walks.

ADOPTED_Ticker is a 1-2 year old spayed Red Tick Hound. Ticker was picked up by animal control roaming the countryside, apparently lost from her hunting pack. She was malnourished and scared. Hunting dogs and hounds are pretty much the first to be euthanized at shelters down South. After a few days of optimistically jumping at the door of her cage at the shelter, she began to withdraw. She was very depressed and had a urinary tract infection. So, Ticker came back with us to under go her recovery. As it turned out, she was heartworm positive. She was treated and recovered successfully. She is on heartworm preventative, as is every other dog here, to stop any new worms from developing. She has a playful, upbeat personality. She has started basic obedience training and is housebroken. She gets along well with people and dogs. She has a very short coat that barely sheds.

MAX has been adopted! Max made the trip north to the Buddy Dog Humane Society and found his forever home. Max is a 5 year old neutered male Collie mix. Max was brought to the local shelter because he was quite the barker. He still likes to talk, but with daily attention he has relaxed and is now happily adjusted to his new surroundings. Max does well with most dogs, but does not do well with cats. He is very people friendly and enjoys long walks. He is housebroken.

Mini is a 1 year old dauxshund mix. Mini is a sweet little girl with a fiesty personality. She gets along well with dogs, cats, and most people. Being the smallest dog in the house, she has to make sure she doesn't get stepped on! She would like a home where a little girl can be appreciated.
