Sanctuary Resident "Chance" Gets Yet Another Chance Through DogLeggs

Chance was given his name and his second chance when he was found by a Dog4U volunteer. His next chance came when his successful cancer surgery was sponsored several years ago. In recent months Chance lost his ability to walk or stand up due to shoulder instability. He is now getting around and even managing the stairs by himself thanks to his sponsor's purchase of the Dogleggs Shoulder Stability System. Chance is shown below enjoying his new lease on life!

toomba 1

Toomba was just diagnosed with operable bone cancer. He was one of the 10% of dogs diagnosed with bone cancer that had not yet spread to his lungs. Immediate amputation of his right hind leg was necessary to save his life, and most importantly, to keep him comfortable. The surgery was sucessful and Toomba has now recovered and is enjoying life with his sister Katie. His medical bills have piled up. Help sponsor Toomba in his continued monitoring throughout this process.
